How To Repair Suitcase Retractable Handle

Many travelers rely on the rolling suitcase, which features wheels that are convenient for pulling the baggage as you walk or run. Whether the airline amercement the handle or it happens because of normal article of clothing and tear, the handle can become weak and eventually break. While in some cases you might be eligible for a refund or exchange, you as well have the option of replacing the handle on your own.
Stride 1
Call your luggage manufacturer to ask about ordering a replacement handle. Virtually manufacturers can tell you how to club replacement parts. If the part is available, order it.
Step 2
Open the suitcase and unzip the liner to expose the screws or bolts that hold the handle in place.
Stride iii
Remove each screw or bolt using the screwdriver or wrench.
Step four
Remove the damaged handle assembly from the opening and throw it away. Once the handle it broken, it probably cannot be repaired.
Footstep 5
Feed the new handle through the opening into the original position and carefully tighten the screws or bolts dorsum in place.
